Repositioning an ordinary Hilton hotel into a lifestyle resort for the adventure-minded traveler.
We were approached by Hilton to help re-ignite demand for a declining hotel. After researching key travelers and competitors, we identified one group whose needs were not being met: the adventure-traveler. We then created a brand inviting the guest to “Endeavor Beyond” and designed experiences specifically for them.
Partnerships were created with the Hike House, Pink Jeep Tours, and local yoga instructors and they were given their own storefronts inside the hotel.
United by a strong brand, the staff and ownership have successfully re-ignited demand for a declining hotel.
